What we found
Starbucks default users to their HTML sustainability report. Digital technologies used on the site include a Flash-powered navigation panel, a search functionality, popup features (including stakeholder comments on specific initiatives), an electronic feedback form and a library of downloads. A PDF of the GRI Content Index connected to the HTML report contains some hyperlinks – but to supporting information, rather than to disclosure data contained within the parameters of the report.
