What we found
ING produce a 44-page PDF Sustainability report and a 6 page CR Brochure. These documents are very different in terms of content, tone and design, and strongly suggest that the Sustainability report was designed with technical audiences in mind. This suggestion is supported by the fact that data (in the middle of the report) is arranged in order of GRI indicators. At one end of this data is an overview of reporting practice and material issues, with assurance and Global Compact and GRI indices at the other. This report is the only source of GRI information, although references are made where similar or supporting data can be found in other reports.
