What we found
Philips’ suite of Sustainability reporting offers material to users through a variety of reporting formats; as well as publishing their materials as an HTML report, users can also access a PDF version of their print report, plus a PDF that includes materials only available online. All PDF documents are interactive, including their GRI Content Index. Each section is also bookmarked, enabling users to jump to a section of their reporting using a navigation panel within the PDF viewing window.
When browsing the report online, related links direct users through to content about sustainable products or services designed to engage customers and other non-specialist. Content in these related areas is often delivered using technology such as Flash or video.
