What we found
Baxter is the only organization from our sample to indicate where content in their HTML report is assured. While the icon they use is discreet, it clearly shows the scope of their external verification. The PDF/print summary version of Baxter’s report encourages readers to visit the full HTML report for additional information. Items such as an online user survey also suggest that Baxter is starting to engage with some of the possibilities of online sustainability reporting.
