As well as positioning their reporting in terms of the impact
they have on stakeholders, Westpac provides a range of supporting
documents for different audience groups - including newsletter
updates that are issued to email subscribers throughout the year.
Despite using a variety of communication channels, all GRI
information is delivered through a single report, which sits
alongside the Annual Review and Annual Report on a distinct
URL.
Since our research was undertaken, Westpac has published a
2008 report, which is available to view online.
